Flock Cutting Machine
The cutting machines have been developed to be optimised for flock technology. For a successful flocking process, precise short cuts with low cutting variations and low defect rates are of fundamental importance.
We see the results of these developments in our daily lives; no matter whether it is in T-Shirts, glove compartments, door seals, pens, carpeting & applications in cosmetic; the use of flock became indispensable in our everyday lives.

Paper Cutting Machine
The cutting of special papers can be a challenge for cutting machines.
Bergers cutting machines are able to accomplish successfully diverse cutting requirements of the paper industry.
The cutting machines of Bergers Technik und Maschinenbau GmbH work according to the guillotine principle. Here, the (up and down) movements of a top blade cut the materials while the bottom blade is fixed.
Unlike other cutting methods, this principle allows cutting the materials to a cut length below 1mm to almost 0,1mm.
The machines are operating at a cutting speed up to 425 cuts/minute and are available in various working widths.
Diverse machine models enable cutting of materials in dry and wet conditions.
Fibre Cutting Machine
The short cut length became important also for the industrial fibre manufacturing. Fibres are used not only in textiles but also in various end uses of almost all areas of life.
As composites in the construction industry, in V-belt, in modern composite thermal insulation systems or in lightweight construction - fibres can be found everywhere. The field of wetlaid nonwovens is also an important area which in addition has a large field of application.
